This will allow us to plan better and the community to know exactly when we'll be shutting off services for maintenance. I was wondering if anyone else also had set dates for maintenance. What are the dates? What justification did you use to get those date? We are proposing 4 times: the first weekend of fall and spring breaks, during Christmas break and a flexible time during the summer. Any information would be appreciated! Certainly we try to target breaks and off hours when we can. We try to give people at least a week's notice about any major downtime, and a reminder right before we do it.
