WE have used it for about two years now. We didn't implement it as a campus wide solution. We first talked with selected departments and gave it to those who would use its shared feature. The main feature is the shared aspect for scheduling multiple people into multiple meetings. It seems fairly flexible in allowing folks to schedule with various people. It is very straight forward and easy to use. We have had almost no tech problems with it. Right now we have 7 or 8 departments who need a shared calendar using it, about 70 accounts. Everyone seems happy with it. We also use it as a departmental Vacation Calendar where we use one generic account for everyone to put their vacation in. It also has a web viewer component that is nice on the road. We didn't see a need to give it to everyone on campus. Outlook has a personal calendar that works just fine. WE distribute it only to those offices needing a shared calendar. MM is a simple product and has some constraints that may come from basic design.
